for dark garment: pre-coat -> direct print to textile -> heat -> finish.
Direct to garment pigment ink also called DTG pigment ink, it is used to direct print cotton fabric, direct print on T-shirt with flat printer. DTG ink made of high quality imported raw material, with high wash resistance and light resistance.
DTG textile ink working process
1.For light color T-shirt/shoes/cloth:
Digital printing →Baking(150-160oC×2-7 min)→Finish
2.For dark color T-shirt/cloth/garment:
Pre-treament liquid→Drying(150oC×1 min)→Print white ink→Print colored ink→ Baking(150-160oC×2-7 min)→Finish
Tips on using dtg textile ink:
Please make sure no mix with other ink.
